For standard shipping please allow up to 3 working days for orders of in stock items to be dispatched from us in Red Deer, Alberta. At this time we do not offer express shipping. If you need something in a hurry please send us a message and we will do everything we can to get it to you on time.

The real cost of shipping is pricey. We know this, and after much debate we have decided we cannot cover the cost of shipping for everyone. Unfortunately, these prices are the standard rates from Canada Post and other couriers. Because we're a small company with low shipping volumes, we don't qualify for lower rates so we simply can't compete with the big retailers who are able to offer reduced shipping options.

We want you to know: 
We're not making any money off of the shipping fees. 
We won't inflate the prices of our products to "cover" shipping costs, because we don't believe in tricking you. Shipping costs are part of fuel costs, and fuel is expensive.

So there are the "mindful shopping" facts.

We are happy to announce that we are now shipping internationally to USA (please allow a few extra days for customs).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sorry again because of our dedication to keeping our prices low for everyone we cannot cover return shipping for exchanges or returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For gifted items please contact us so we can keep it on record that your purchase is a gift and we can extend the return policy as needed per gift. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be approved for exchange or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to wear or wash. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at detailing the issue.
